Johnno Surdam - Senior Project Manager

Johnno has spent the last twelve years in the building industry, cultivating a passion for the built environment – specifically, merging progressive design with sustainable building practices. Johnno’s formative career with the nation’s oldest and largest builder, Turner Construction Company, set an occupational foundation, evident in his ability to lead, manage, and coordinate all phases of multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Most recently, Johnno has leveraged his background in building and sustainability to implement best practices on a unique portfolio of commercial and high-end residential projects along the east and west coasts and Hawaii.

In his free time, Johnno gets outside as much as possible – surfing, skiing, biking and spending time with friends and family.

Johnno has a MBA from Presidio Graduate School (San Francisco, CA) and a BSBA from the University of Denver.

Saul Estrada - Project Manager

Saul has spent the last 15 years building complex commercial facilities, luxury residences, and several companies. He began his career in the field - as a project superintendent - managing day-to-day construction of large-scale ground up facilities including high-rise mixed use, private residences, and industrial spaces. This instilled in him a keen understanding of how buildings come together and has provided the perspective and grit necessary to cultivate strong relationships.

Today, Saul helps clients build value through the development of systems that optimize costs and cash flow. In other words, he loves creating order and efficiency. His training in engineering, entrepreneurship, and sustainable business management ensures that every project is undertaken with the utmost diligence and regard for quality.

Saul has a Sc.B. in Mechanical Engineering from Brown University and a MBA from Presidio Graduate School. Originally a New York native, he fell in love with California long ago and now calls the Bay Area home.
